Recipe: Avocado Toast

Servings? 2   Cooking Time? 10 mins 

What you need? 

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 ripe avocados (sliced)
  • diced red onions
  • chilli flakes
  • rock salt
  • toppings (optional: oregano, pine nuts, scrambled eggs, sliced radicchio)
  • Extra virgin olive oil

How to cook it? 

  1. Slice 4 medium sized white bread and pop it into the toaster
  2. In the meantime, slice your avocado and chop your red onions
  3. Once your toast is ready top it with slice avocado, red onions, chilli flakes, ground rock salt and drizzle with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Serve immediately.

Tips? You can add other toppings to this breakfast dish based around your liking. Some of the things I add to create variations include oregano, pine nuts, scrambled eggs, sliced radicchio, or feta cheese
