What you need?
- 4 slices of white bread
- 2 ripe avocados (sliced)
- diced red onions
- chilli flakes
- rock salt
- toppings (optional: oregano, pine nuts, scrambled eggs, sliced radicchio)
- Extra virgin olive oil
How to cook it?
- Slice 4 medium sized white bread and pop it into the toaster
- In the meantime, slice your avocado and chop your red onions
- Once your toast is ready top it with slice avocado, red onions, chilli flakes, ground rock salt and drizzle with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
- Serve immediately.
Tips? You can add other toppings to this breakfast dish based around your liking. Some of the things I add to create variations include oregano, pine nuts, scrambled eggs, sliced radicchio, or feta cheese
